ACCESS NOW (Flagship)

ACCESS NOW is our fast-track navigation program that guides immigrant and low-income Coloradans with disabilities through SSI/SSDI, Medicaid and caregiver-pay applications—often in 45 days or less.

Bilingual Navigators, a wheelchair-accessible Mobile Benefits Lab, and on-demand interpreters handle the paperwork so families can focus on healing. Our process eliminates the bureaucratic hurdles that often prevent vulnerable populations from receiving the support they deserve.

Work Bridge

Free one-on-one counseling on Ticket-to-Work, ABLE accounts and Colorado’s Medicaid Buy-In so new beneficiaries can return to work safely.

CarePay Coach

We train and certify relatives to become paid caregivers under state Medicaid waivers, ensuring financial stability for families providing 24/7 care.
